Early Departure
Unused nights are non‑refundable once you have checked in. We will try to resell the nights; if successful, we’ll refund 50 % of those nights.
Group & Peak‑Season Bookings
For bookings of 3 rooms or more, or stays during Diwali, Christmas, and New Year weeks, the advance is 100 % non‑refundable within 30 days of arrival.
